      Job Description:
      As a Junior UX Designer at Zebra Technologies, you will be an integral part of our product development team, working to create intuitive and engaging user experiences across our range of enterprise solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, and marketing to translate user needs and business requirements into elegant, user-centric designs.


      Responsibilities:

      Key Responsibilities:
      1. User Research: Conduct user research activities such as interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gain insights into user behaviors, needs, and pain points.
      2. Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize and communicate design concepts, interactions, and workflows.
      3. UI Design: Design visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces that align with Zebra's brand guidelines and accessibility standards.
      4. Iterative Design: Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders, usability testing, and data analysis to continuously improve the user experience.
      5. Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment between design and development efforts.
      6. Documentation: Create design documentation including user flows, design specifications, and style guides to support implementation and maintenance of designs.
      7. Stay Updated: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX/UI design to continuously enhance your skills and contribute to the team's success.


      Qualifications:

      1. Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field or prior experience
      2. Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and projects, with a focus on UX/UI design for web or mobile applications.
      3. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or equivalent.
      4. Understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
      5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and explain design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
      6. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
      7. Familiarity with agile development methodologies is a plus.
