- Own the quality, planning, and completion of all UX deliverables on ProSight’s digital products
- Collaborate with visual designers to create visually interactive product experiences, transforming wireframes to high fidelity interfaces for delivery across mobile and web-based platforms
- Build interactive prototypes and present creative work to internal stakeholders, including participation in meetings with, and providing input to, ProSight program leadership and members of the senior leadership team
- Partner with internal Creative Services to develop and continuously evolve the brand and design standards for digital products
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of ProSight’s customers and partners across different niches and programs
- Work collaboratively with the product team to understand/prioritize user and functional needs
- Recruit study participants that represent ProSight’s customers and/or partners
- Conduct and moderate research sessions internally and externally – both in-person and remotely – using methodologies suited to the audience and the product
- Translate research insights into key UX deliverables such as user personas and journey maps, as well as develop your own creative reporting techniques
- Analyze and summarize data and present key insights to others, and outline how these learnings can be applied to the products
- Continuously review development progress (pre/post-launch) and partner with dev and Q/A to improve the product experience
- Impart your expertise while championing UX, UCD, and usability principles
- Establish internal UX practices with ProSight’s Digital Products Team and drive the UX process within the larger organization
- Work effectively with team members and cross-functional teams to accomplish individual, team, and organization goals
- Stay up to date with technology, tools, design trends, and industry best practices to help evolve the brand and team skills
- 3+ years of experience (preferred) in the field of UI/UX or product development, working with large-scale and complex digital experiences
- Experience with both native mobile and mobile-first web applications
- Ability to break down complex concepts, approaches, and designs into simple explanations
- Solid understanding and knowledge of the current UX/UI best practices, trends, and technologies
- Solid understanding of design and testing methodologies
- Deep knowledge of information architecture and how to convey it through wireframes, prototyping, storyboards, and site maps
- Strong portfolio demonstrating research, user experience, and interface design skills
- Competency in Sketch, Zeplin, InVision, Marvel, Adobe CC
- Experience with HTML and CSS, including modern frameworks such as Bootstrap and Foundation (preferred, but not required)
- Motivated to create meaningful product experiences for users
- Customer-centric, willingness to deep dive to understand customer needs and business drivers
- Have a voice to communicate effectively with people who may not speak your “language” as a designer
