      SANTANDER CONSUMER FINANCE is looking for a UX DESIGNER SPECIALIST, based in our UTRECHT office.

      Santander Consumer Finance focuses on business development related to consumer finance products, sales channels and commercial agreements with dealers, vehicle manufacturers or retail distribution establishments, as well as commercial functions associated with direct sales (branches, call centers or digital channels) and indirect sales (through third parties) of consumer finance products.

      WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

      As a UX Designer Specialist you will shape the user experience for our landing pages and digital flows, of our Personal Loan, Auto Financing and Leasing products, contributing to the success of our online platforms.

      We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:

      User-Centric Design:

      • Develop a deep understanding of user needs, behaviors, and pain points to inform the design process.
      • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into intuitive, visually appealing, and functional designs.

      Landing Page Design:

      • Create engaging and responsive landing pages that effectively communicate our brand messaging and value proposition.
      • Optimize landing pages for conversion, ensuring a seamless user journey from entry to conversion.

      Digital Flow Design:

      • Design and enhance digital flows, such as account creation, onboarding, and transaction processes, to streamline user interactions and improve overall user satisfaction.
      • Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and refine digital flows for optimal user experience.

      Prototyping and Wireframing:

      • Produce wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to illustrate design concepts and user interactions.
      • Work closely with development teams to ensure the successful implementation of designs while maintaining design consistency.

      Collaboration:

      • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment between design, business goals, and technical feasibility.
      • Participate in design critiques and provide constructive feedback to enhance the overall design quality.

      User Research:

      • Conduct user research, surveys, and interviews to gain insights into user preferences and behaviors.
      • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually improve the user experience.

      EXPERIENCE

      • +5 years of proven experience as a UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing successful landing pages and digital flows.

      EDUCATION

      • Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field.

      SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

      • Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
      • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
      • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
      • Experience working in the financial industry or related sectors is a plus.
