  We are seeking a Designer to create beautiful, smart, and customer-focused digital and brand experiences for IMDb.

  As part of the IMDb Creative Studio team, you will advocate for and execute design excellence both internally and with advertising partners. You will craft brand stories that resonate with customers and delight our advertising clients. You are imaginative, pragmatic, and open to reimagining existing elements to enhance user experience.

  Key job responsibilities

  • Design attractive, useful, and desirable advertising experiences that support our offshore program and scale IMDb Advertising
  • Work efficiently under tight deadlines within the Creative Studio production pipeline
  • Create user-centered designs based on analysis, customer feedback, site metrics, and usability findings
  • Develop diagrams, wireframes, mockups, click-throughs, and prototypes
  • Translate complex concepts into high-fidelity mockups with multiple options
  • Collaborate with campaign and product managers to plan and deliver projects while maintaining high design standards
  • Lead design review cycles and independently finalize design requirements

Our team values operational efficiency, meeting deadlines, taking ownership, and proactive collaboration to resolve technical issues.

  Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of design experience
  • 3+ years of delivering UX or interaction design solutions
  • Online portfolio available
  • Bachelor of Arts degree
  • Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Sketch, and familiarity with After Effects

  Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working collaboratively with developers for implementation
  • Understanding of advertising design standards and IAB units
