Job Description

Partnering with senior colleagues to plan and conduct research projects
Conducting contextual user interviews, concept value testing, usability testing of prototypes and early designs
Presenting research in an engaging way to different audiences
Contributing to research participant recruitment to ensure feedback can be collected quickly and efficiently
Supporting Research Operations work, including maintaining our research repository
Demonstrate a range of qualitative and quantitative research techniques and advanced analysis skills
Have experience in applying a range of research methods, such as contextual interviews and usability testing. Ensure the research methods suit the research question, project stage and timescale.
Demonstrate experience working collaboratively with colleagues in a wide range of roles.
Be a self-starter, comfortable working in a flexible way
Be proactive in involving product teams and other stakeholders in the research process

ScienceDirect is the world's leading source for scientific, technical, and medical researchers in research institutions worldwide.
