- Leverage best practice design principles and trends to contribute with insights and stellar user experiences
- Demonstrates curiosity and growth mindset contributing to a product design environment that supports continuous learning and innovation
- Be a trusted design partner in a cross functional team (designers, engineers, product, researchers etc.), delivery designs on time and to the highest quality
- Collaborate and contribute reusable design components in partnership with Design System team
- Builds strong relationships with team members, business and technology partners across Consumer Product
- Think visually and solve problems and communicate design concepts (leveraging skills such as work shopping, story boarding, sketching, prototyping)
- Research
- Work under the supervision and mentorship of a more senior researcher, perform qualitative and quantitative research grounded in the context of the people for whom we are designing to support product strategy, information architecture, and experience design, including support research initiatives and strategies that will help to drive business goals
- Working under the supervision and mentorship of a more senior researcher, plan and conduct usability tests
- Work collaboratively with distributed research team
- Highschool diploma and/or currently pursuing a degree from an accredited college/university
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship, now or in the future, for employment-based work authorization. F-1 visa holders with Optional Practical Training (OPT) who will require H-1B status, TNs, or current H-1B visa holders will not be considered. H1-B and green card sponsorship is not available for this position
- Ability to work across a matrixed multi-tiered organization and deliver the best possible outcomes
- Experience with Agile product development
- Healthcare experience
- Knowledge in using an enterprise design system
- Experience with information architecture, interaction design, ux design or graphic design
- Incorporating user feedback in the design process (user research, NPS, Voice of the customer)
- Experience with prominent industry design tools (Figma, Miro, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Axure)
- Experience with building and/or utilizing personas to inform design decisions
- Experience working in cross functional teams
- Experience presenting to stakeholders
- Relevant work experience in research or adjacent field
- Experience collecting, analyzing, and summarizing qualitative research
- Experience using quantitative data and descriptive statistics to provide insights
- Proficient in oral, written communication, presentation and facilitation skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
