Research user needs and create artifacts that help stakeholders visualise problems.
Create prototypes and mock-ups to rally teams around early-stage concepts.
Design intuitive multi-channel service experiences for customers and staff.
Champion simple and accessible service experiences that work for everyone.
Work collaboratively with Product and Engineering teams in multi-disciplinary pods.
Help evolve our multi-brand design system to support re-platforming.
Location: Hybrid / London
Salary: £47,700 to £56,643 per annum
Hours: 36 hours per week – flexible options considered

We’re looking for a designer who understands multi-channel customer services and can get to grips with complex business problems. You’ll be equally comfortable workshopping user journeys and delivering high-fidelity design deliverables in Figma.

This is a hybrid role with a base location in London. Candidates should expect to work from the office up to 1 day per week. Occasional travel may also be required.
