      Job Description

      As a Mid-Level UX Writer, you will play a pivotal role in crafting and refining the user experience of our product by writing and reviewing clear, concise, and user-friendly copy. In collaboration with the product manager and the designer, you will look after our entire tool experience.

      You will be involved in the localization process, by ensuring that the copy created in English follows the best practice for localization and our product resonates effectively with an international audience. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with product managers, designers, developers, marketing teams, and localization managers to create a cohesive and engaging user experience.

      Key Responsibilities:

      Content Creation:

      • Develop and maintain user-oriented copy for our SaaS tool in English.
      • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and user needs.

      Localization Oversight:

      • Ensuring that the product's tone and messaging are culturally relevant and linguistically accurate.
      • Work closely with localization managers to guide and review translated content.
      • Create localization keys after final copy validation

      Content Review:

      • Conduct regular reviews of existing content to ensure it aligns with the latest product updates and improvements.
      • Implement user feedback and conduct usability testing to enhance the overall user experience.

      Collaboration and Communication:

      • You’re equally comfortable discussing detail with engineers and ideas with product managers and designers.
      • Communicate effectively with localization teams to provide guidance on linguistic and cultural nuances.

      Documentation and help section:

      • Create and maintain help articles for our support section that guides users in optimizing their utilization of our tool.
      • Develop and maintain a comprehensive style guide for UX writing, ensuring consistency across the product and supporting documentation.

      Qualifications

      • Bachelor's degree in English, language or related fields, Journalism, Technical Writing, UX, Human-Computer Interactions (HCI) or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
      • 3+ years of experience doing UX writing as part of a team developing hardware, software, or digital products.
      • Knowledge of any other language than English would be a plus
      • Superb writing and editing skills for UX
      • Familiarity with web and mobile UI design principles and practices
      • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and cope well with frequently changing requirements
      • Knowledge of design tools like Figma
      • Experience working closely with engineering, design, and product management teams, and the ability to discuss and understand design and engineering details
      • Experience with localization and accessibility in content strategy
