Job Description
- Req#: R82666
- Create engaging, concise, and clear UX copy for Samsung B2B’s products and services
- Develop and maintain an understanding of Samsung’s B2B technology, services, and business strategy
- Review content to ensure adherence to style guidelines and optimization for user experience
- Collaborate with UX Designers, Product Managers, Researchers, Developers, and many others to develop and execute business strategies through your writing
- Take a user-centric approach to create UI text that facilitates user navigation and end-to-end customer experience
- Focus on strategies to define and shape the voice of the product and establish consistency across different services
- 2+ years' experience as a UX writer
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or equivalent
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with excellent presentation skills
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle time-sensitive, multiple simultaneous marketing initiatives, meet deadlines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Experience with measuring, analyzing, and refining UX copy results based on key business metrics
- Portfolio highlighting UX-focused writing samples and business impact
- Good understanding of design and UX process, with experience using tools such as Figma
- Understanding of how to succeed on a global team in different time zones
