The Role
Fixed Term (6 months starting March 2024)
Work alongside multi-disciplinary creative teams and who are responsible for the discovery, ideation, design, and validation of UX design or Fisher & Paykel Appliances. You are responsible for defining and evolving our interaction and experience design for F&P’s digital channels and interfaces.
That’s the role, so who are you?
You will need to be someone who has proven design mindset and background, 3+ years, across both User Experience and User Interface in a large-scale organisation (ideally with a global lens) . You will have a strong commercial acumen and have the communication and influencing skills to manage and lead from a wide variety of stakeholders to drive operational excellence.
On a technical side, proven experience, and delivery of interaction design for web and touch-based experiences (e.g., Apps, Tablets, Kiosks) that have resulted in customer and commercial success / gains is essential.
You will be confident navigating an Agile environment and various design applications (wireframing, prototyping etc) with a strong proficiency in tools like Figma, Sketch or similar.
