What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Create design concepts, user flows, and design mocks using Figma
- Collaborate with other UXers, engineers, and product managers
- Maintain well-organized design documentation and delivery files
- Evaluate product quality and recommend design changes
- Provide updates on status and risks to teammates
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 7 years of experience in UX/Visual Design
- Conduct product audits and create flexible components
- Define standards for new requirements and design new patterns
- Document usage, accessibility, and design specs for components
- Create aesthetically excellent work true to the brand spirit
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field with 2-4 years of experience
- Experience establishing design systems for various brands
- Collaborative approach with design and engineers
- Detail-oriented and organized with strong interaction skills
- Interest in Content Management Systems and layout design
