      V101- Administrative Support Specialist - Bilingual

      Job Duck is a virtual staffing company that matches candidates to work from home for a single U.S.-based business, in most cases a law firm.

      Job Description:

      Summary

      If you enjoy variety in your day and thrive in a role where no two tasks are the same, this opportunity is for you. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you'll support onboarding, payments, and client communications while helping keep operations smooth and organized. You'll work closely with a mentor who values adaptability and reliability, and you'll be trusted to manage key follow-ups and reporting. This role is ideal for someone who's resourceful, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple responsibilities with care.

      Monthly Compensation: $1,060 USD to $1,150 USD.

      Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
      • Manage onboarding documents and ensure timely completion
      • Follow up on leads and maintain organized records
      • Track contracts sent out and follow up on those not returned
      • Process credit card payments
      • Follow up on missing or delayed payments
      • Engage in light external communications with clients and prospects
      • Summarize data and provide clear reports
      • Adapt to a variety of tasks and support multiple business functions
      • Handle around 6 to 15 calls per day

      Key Skills, Traits and Values:
      • Ability to wear many hats and shift between tasks
      • Reliable and consistent in follow-through
      • Comfortable working under mentorship and direction
      • Strong organizational and communication skills
      • Bilingual fluency (English and Spanish)

      Requirements:
      • 1 year of experience in administrative or client support roles
      • Strong communication skills
      • Comfortable using CRM and payment systems
      • Able to work independently and manage follow-ups

      Software:
      • CRM and payment tracking tools

      Working Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM PST
      Timezone: Pacific Standard Time (PST), US.

      Work Shift:

      9:00 AM - 6:00 PM [PST][PDT] (United States of America)

      Languages:

      English, Spanish
