      The Downtown Denver-based Company seeks a dynamic service-oriented professional who is highly organized and has experience catering to our unique luxury clientele. There is no business like the vacation business and the Inspirato brand of vacation is like no other in our industry.       Job Expectations
      This position will provide personalized member service by building rapport, maintaining consistent and professional communication, both written and over the phone. Ideal candidates are very customer-service focused, detail-oriented and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment as this role will be focused on end-to-end vacation experience management. Candidates must also gain a thorough working knowledge of the Inspirato portfolio and our systems as this role will be focused on ensuring a streamlined vacation experience from the moment an Inspirato Member books their vacation, all the way through when they check out from their vacation with the Club.
      Position Based Responsibilities/Preferences
      • This role will serve as the primary point of contact for all Member vacations within assigned destinations.
      • Must be a strong and effective communicator, both written and verbal with members, internal teams, and all other stakeholders.
      • Leverage portfolio and destination knowledge to curate and provide experience suggestions to help ensure member satisfaction.
      • Master all administrative back-of-house vacation management tasks including destination-specific templates, trip-specific notes/confirmations, recording/logging emails, checking off all tasks for each trip and more.
      • Research and learn the assigned destinations and residences to become the expert in those locations.
      • Coordinate tasks and goals with onsite Concierges, vendors, and other teams as needed to ensure a smooth transition from vacation planning to onsite execution.
      • Assist members with vacation adjustments when necessary, including modifications of dates and/or destinations, residence moves, when necessary, destination impacts, traveler updates, and other adjustments as needed.
      • Escalation and resolution management as it pertains to the vacation experience. Working in partnership with onsite teams and management, this role will be the frontline for swift problem solving and recovery as it pertains to issues that may arise during a member’s stay with the Club.
      • Obtain, negotiate, and maintain vendor information and pricing.
      • Experience interacting with and serving affluent clientele.
      • Maintain a positive demeanor and a passion for all things Inspirato.
      • Weekend / Holiday / Early Morning / Evening coverage.
      Qualifications
      • BA/BS degree or equivalent
      • 1-2+ years of experience working successfully in a similar business.
      • Candidates must have experience and confidence working closely with a multitude of affluent clients. In addition, we are seeking:
        • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, collaborate and influence credibly and effectively – with members, internal teams, management, etc.
        • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on member needs
        • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
        • Proficiency with current communication technology (MS Outlook, Salesforce, Chat applications, etc.) and aptitude to learn new systems
        • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
        • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
        • Prior experience in a planning/coordinator environment
      Location: This role will be located at Inspirato headquarters in downtown Denver: 1544 Wazee St, Denver, CO 80202. At Inspirato we value collaboration and flexibility; we offer a hybrid work environment where employees may work remotely up to two days a week.
      Compensation - $45,000 - $57,000 Base Salary
      We believe in building a compensation structure that reflects the comparable market pay rate for positions at companies similar in size, revenue generation and geographic location; in addition to individual factors including seniority, performance-based merit, education/training, and experience related to scope of responsibilities.
      Gratuity – This position is eligible to earn tips within your assigned region

      Equity - This position is eligible for the company's equity plan.

      *Individuals based in California are eligible for a paid time off policy in which PTO is accrued each pay period.
      FAM Trip – This Position is eligible for the Employee Familiarization Travel Program following three (3) consecutive months of employment. This program provides you up to one seven (7) day reservation in an eligible Inspirato property per your employment calendar year – subject to seasonal property demands and the company Employee Familiarization Travel Program Terms and Conditions.
