      Job Description:
      Vaccines Sales Team in Poland is looking for highly motivated and committed candidate for the role of Vaccine Customer Specialist.


      Placed in main voivodship cites in Poland


      Selected candidates will be responsible for the promotion of our company Vaccines portfolio, consisting of highly innovative products preventing spreading of serious infectious diseases.


      What You’ll Do:


      • Establish and maintain meaningful professional relationships with Health Care Professionals (Medical Doctors, Nurses, Vaccination centers) Orchestrating omnichannel effort across entire territory in close cooperation with Marketing and Medical functions
      • Provide expert support to the HCPs in the area of diseases prevention through vaccination with our company vaccines, to ensure customer satisfaction
      • Planning activities within the allocated territory based on marketing strategy and in close cooperation with the supervisor; creating and implement robust Territory Action Plan in order to achieve sales objectives, in strict compliance with our procedures and ethical standards
      • Providing product information to customers in line with marketing strategy and using recommended promotional messages to adequately support sales calls; these will include various communication channels management (Omnichannel)
      • Timely handling of the administrative tasks such as capturing call activities and post-meeting notes in the CRM system, expense reports, adverse event reports, etc


      You should apply if you have:


      • Min 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical Rx business (pediatric experience will be an asset)
      • University degree (preferably life science or business)
      • Strong scientific profile, ability to understand and discuss scientific data and arguments
      • Customer focus, excellent customer relationship
      • Good planning and organization, analysis and problem solving, creative thinking

      • Driving license [B category]
      • Native Polish and fluent spoken & written English
      • PC literacy - competent use of MS-Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) in particular and IT assets in general
