As the face of The Carlyle, you will take on a pivotal role in curating an exceptional experience for our residents and guests setting the tone for their visit and ensuring they feel welcome and valued.       Compensation: $20.00 - $24.00 Hourly

      Schedule: Various hours/flexibility necessary. Weekends required.

      Swing Shift Generally: 2:00 pm-10:30 pm

      Job Summary:

      • Represent Action Property Management and the Association by delivering exceptional 5-star customer service and ensuring 100% resident satisfaction
      • Oversee and supervise the front driveway operations.
      • Direct all traffic entering the front driveway, and coordinate with and direct valet on the status of vehicles.
      • Escort residents and guests into the building according to hospitality guidelines.
      • Assist with loading/unloading luggage, groceries, etc. from resident/guest vehicles.
      • Maintain the appearance of the front door, front driveway, and lobby.
      • Perform valet duties, including retrieving, parking, and relocating vehicles.
      • Cross-trained in Concierge duties.
      • Monitor lobby activity and maintain access control.
      • Provide concierge services.
      • Answer and direct incoming phone calls. Receive and distribute resident parcels.
      • Address resident and guest concerns and questions.
      • Demonstrate a strong understanding of the association's governing documents.

      Requirements:

      • Must be over 18 years of age and successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
      • At least 6 months of customer service experience. Hospitality, luxury retail, or fine dining experience is preferred
      • Must be willing to Valet as all these positions will be cross-trained in everything.
      • Must have a valid California Driver's License
      • Hospitality Management college students or recent graduates are highly desired
      • Polished and professional appearance and demeanor
      • Upbeat and positive team player attitude
      • Strong judgment and solutions-oriented
      • Proactive customer service approach
