Job Description
- Req#: 285568
- Greet patients and visitors warmly and assist with directions or hospital information.
- Safely drive, park, and retrieve patient and visitor vehicles.
- Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the valet area.
- Assist patients and visitors with wheelchairs or other mobility aids as needed.
- Monitor and control traffic flow in and around the hospital entrance.
- Follow all hospital safety policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of parked vehicles using valet tickets or electronic systems.
- Provide exceptional customer service under high-pressure and emotionally charged situations.
- Handle keys and vehicles responsibly to prevent damage or loss.
- Report any incidents, accidents, or safety concerns to the supervisor immediately
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to stand, walk, run short distances, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Must pass background check and drug screening
