Four Seasons Hotel Baltimore is seeking a Valet Parking Cashier with experience providing exceptional service standards.       Hugging the shoreline, with unmatched views across the water, Four Seasons Hotel Baltimore offers a chic, resort-like getaway in the heart of Harbor East, the city’s hippest new district. Walk to great restaurant and shops and local attractions. Referred to as “the crown jewel of Harbor East” the Four Seasons Hotel Baltimore has 256 guest rooms including 45 suites.

      The role of the Valet Parking Cashier

      • Experience driving vehicles with both manual and automatic transmission
      • Answers phone is a warm and friendly manner when a guest calls to retrieve a car. Collect all the necessary information from the guest so that the car can be brought to the drive.
      • Warmly greets guest who enters the hotel, a patron, or wants to retrieve a parked car. Collects payment for parking services and accurately posts the payment. Deposits all cash receipts in accordance with established procedures. Directs valet parkers to retrieve the car.
      • Maintains accurate control of keys for parked cars
      • Completes a variety of reports regarding claims tickets and payments. Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolves customer complaints, assists customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, etc.

      Physical Requirements

      • Must be able to wear a mask and gloves when required
      • Able to work 40 hours per week and accept reasonable requests for overtime.
      • Must have flexibility in availability to work according to business volume

      Miscellaneous

      • Work authorization in the United States required.
      • Accountability and integrity are essential due to privacy of guest information
      • Valid Driver’s License required with a clean driving record
      • Experience driving vehicles with both manual and automatic transmission
