  The EY Parthenon team of EY Cyprus is looking to recruit a Valuation, Modelling and Economics (VME) Experienced Consultant to work with a high-performing, integrated team which focuses on transactions, providing advice in challenging and interesting projects.   Key responsibilities of the role:

  You will be responsible for participating and assisting in valuation and financial analyses and applying valuation theories and approaches, including:

  • Researching, gathering and analyzing relevant information;

  • Participating in the formulation of valuation approaches;

  • Developing valuation and other business models;

  • Assisting in the preparation of valuation reports for a variety of purposes such as financial reporting, transactions, tax, and litigation;

  • Analyse and present complex financial information, including navigating financial models;

  • Maintain communication with clients and also coordinate junior consultants.

  To qualify for the role you must have:

  • University degree in the field of Management, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Engineering, Physics;

  • 3-6 years of valuation and business modelling experience;

  • Strong computer and financial modelling skills;

  • Ability to synthesize client information and understand key business drivers;

  • Ability to work under strict deadlines

  • Strong analytical, organizational, problem solving and critical thinking skills

  • Effective written and verbal communication;

  • Fluency in English.

  Ideally, you will also have:

  • Qualification or in an advanced process of becoming qualified ACA, ACCA, CFA;

  • Experience in a similar transaction advisory environment / team

  • Data analytics skills (through use of analytics tools and/or a programming language)

  • Energetic, positive and team player;

  • Flexible with a can-do attitude and a strong eye for detail.
