      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Determine pricing strategies to maximize ROI for acquired properties and manage turnaround times for dispositions
      - Collaborate with Sales and Construction Departments on pricing decisions, budgets, and construction scope
      - Conduct accurate valuations for properties across the entire U.S.
      - Meet turnaround objectives for valuations to ensure properties are efficiently marketed
      - Manage multiple priorities and deadlines to support company goals

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in residential property valuations/underwriting
      - Appraisal license or completion of all appraisal coursework (preferred)
      - Bachelor's degree (preferred)
      - Strong computer skills and ability to quickly learn new technology
      - Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Relevant coursework or credentials in real estate or appraisal
      - Experience with property valuation software or tools
      - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
      - Background in sales or construction management
      - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
