Value Stream Planner II

Job Description

- Create production orders in ERP system
- Follow up on production orders for on-time delivery
- Prioritize and expedite production orders
- Monitor material sell-by and expiration dates
- Schedule product replenishments to meet production targets
- Perform strategic inventory calculations to optimize capacity and inventory levels
- Manage production schedules considering demand, capacity, and material availability
- Monitor and update inventory levels in ERP
- Review ERP reorder messages and MRP suggestions
- Coordinate with departments to meet production demands
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
- Create and maintain documentation and KPI metrics
- Perform other duties and manage special projects as required
- BA or equivalent in Business, Science, Operations, or related fields
- 4-6 years of production planning experience
- 2 years in an ISO13485 environment
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems, Microsoft Dynamics NAV
- Handling high-volume, high-mix SKUs, managing products with expiration dates
- Knowledge of ISO or GMP, Lean Six Sigma, JIT, Kanban

Compensation & Benefits
The salary range is $75,000-$85,000/year, with comprehensive benefits including health insurance, paid time off, 401k, and more.
