  To help us to continue to push these limits, we are looking for an expert individual to support the execution of strategic plans and collect clinical and economic evidence that not only expedites the introduction of new products on a global scale and ensures their adoption but secures continued access of approved products in compliance with regulations.

  We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced manufacturing supervisor / manager to join our Value Stream team and have a hands on role in growing value in our business. You will be responsible for People, Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery and elimination of Waste / continuous improvements to the efficiency of the process.

  What will you be doing?

  • Line management responsibility for the direct manufacturing team (e.g., Line Leaders, Operators, Process Technicians, Production Coordinators etc).
  • Creating and maintaining professional relationships with stakeholders operating in the value stream across all business functions.
  • Driving critical steps within the value-stream maps, future implementation plan and the Operational Excellence roadmap.
  • Accountable for Tier 2 level actions and the ‘profit & loss’ of the operation, including driving a year on year improvement in line with business targets.
  • Responsible for the costs of the product families, as well as Tier 1 & 2 level activities including Finance, Quality, Labour, Safety and Coninuous Improvement.
