      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct rigorous analysis of scientific data, evaluate external literature, and design validation studies

      - Demonstrate expertise in molecular genetics, variant science, and gene-disease validity
      - Develop new technologies and tools to enhance data curation and classification

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - PhD and/or MD in molecular genetics, human genetics, or related field
      - Ongoing knowledge of current theories and principles of human genetics
      - Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
      - Ability to adapt to change and work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in clinical variant science
      - Experience in project, program, and change management
