Job Description
- Req#: R8784
- Managing the day to day running of services, ensuring all deadlines are met and issues are escalated appropriately
- Become the Subject Matter Expert for your products, being a key contact for clients and members of the Relationship team
- Help to embed a culture of continuous improvement within the team, identifying areas requiring change
- Take part in team meetings and help shape how the team operates and choses its targets and priorities
- Oversee the ongoing updating of client specs and process instructions
- Deliver training to members of the team

Equiniti specialises in providing share registration and related client services and has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Technical Specialist to join our team. Previous experience in share registration and financial services is not required and full training on our products and systems will be provided. What is important is that you have the right attitude and skillset. You could come from a customer service or operations background and demonstrate good leadership skills. This is a great opportunity to get started in our business or take the next step up. Gaining hands on experience in managing people and service priorities.
Based within our Specialist Boardroom Events team, you will manage a selection of products linked to share registration. You will be the primary point of escalation for queries and issues from clients and Relationship Managers. Ensuring services are delivered on time and meet set SLAs.
