What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Grow sales and market share for assigned territory by promoting and servicing Peripheral Vascular products
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve objectives and maintain market share
- Identify and implement strategies to penetrate new accounts and drive therapy adoption
- Train medical staff on product usage and procedures while ensuring compliance with regulations
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and engage in clinical conversations with physicians
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 5 years of B2B sales or healthcare sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and account development goals
- Ability to meet hospital vendor credentialing requirements
- Willingness to travel extensively, including overnight stays
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Sales experience in medical devices, capital equipment, or surgical sales
- Degree in biological science or business preferred
- Business planning and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and drive results
- Knowledge of operating room and hospital protocols
