      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Answer incoming phone calls from providers, health plans, and members regarding eligibility, benefits, claims, and authorizations
      - Retrieve and manage voice mail messages to ensure timely communication
      - Provide accurate information on eligibility, benefits, claims, and referral status
      - Assist in resolving issues related to claims, authorizations, and eligibility inquiries for providers
      - Maintain a strong focus on delivering a positive customer experience

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
      - 1-3 years of customer service experience in a call center or healthcare environment
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
      - Knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS codes, and billing forms such as HCFA1500 and UB04

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in a healthcare-related call center
      - Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance
      - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex inquiries
      - Proficiency in using computer systems and software relevant to the healthcare industry
