What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot detailed Revit models for ductwork, mechanical piping, and plumbing trades
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure model accuracy and consistency
- Create and manage drawings, schedules, and other project documentation using Revit
- Assist in the development and implementation of BIM standards and best practices
- Provide technical support and training for team members on Revit software and BIM processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5 years of experience working with Autodesk Revit in a professional setting
- Strong proficiency in Revit, with experience in modeling and coordination
- Familiarity with BIM processes and standards
- Knowledge of architectural, structural, and MEP systems and their integration within Revit
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certification in Revit or related BIM software
- Strong attention to detail
- Commitment to ongoing learning and skill development
- Ability to manage multiple projects effectively
- Experience responding constructively to change and adjusting workflows
