      Employer is seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals for Eligibility Workers in our Virtual Eligibility Center.       Qualifications:
      - 2 years of experience determining eligibility for an agency program
      - Bilingual in Russian, Ukrainian, Spanish, and Cantonese preferred
      - Excellent communication and listening skills

      Responsibilities:
      - Assist Oregonians accessing benefits through the VEC by phone or online portal
      - Determine initial and ongoing financial eligibility for various programs
      - Monitor and ensure the eligibility determination and benefits issued are correct
      - Provide choice counseling and enrollment assistance for eligible Oregonians
      - Assess Oregonian's needs and make appropriate referrals to other agencies and community partners

      Work Environment:
      - Primarily remote work with required in-office training in the Oregon City, Oregon’s Aging and People with Disability (APD) office
      - Cubicles will be used when needed
      - Shifts available are 8:00am - 5:00pm OR 10:00am - 7:00pm
