What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Access multiple systems to gather key data, including partial information for members, groups, claims, and necessary documents
- Accurately resolve or reprocess claims to correct identified setup and/or systems errors
- Work on assigned reports to monitor and/or correct claims for processing by the assigned deadline
- Collaborate with peers to enhance data accuracy and reporting
- Manage time effectively to meet deadlines with minimal direct supervision

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience in health insurance, legal, property and casualty, or related fields
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to navigate multiple electronic healthcare systems
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail for accurate reporting
- Ability to prioritize work and perform under time constraints

- Previous experience in health insurance or related fields
- Familiarity with claims processing and recovery procedures
