What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Ensure procurement, risk, and contract compliance requirements are met and maintained
- Provide data entry and management support via the SCMP technology platform
- Administer and maintain contract and supplier files for compliance
- Communicate and coordinate with suppliers and operations teams regarding contract changes
- Track correspondence and authorizations while maintaining detailed and accurate files
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Purchasing, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience
- Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organization skills with strong analytical ability
- Proficient in all MS applications and excellent PC skills
- Minimum of 1-2 years of indirect sourcing experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience supporting real estate, facilities services, or supply chain management
- Familiarity with contract management processes
- Ability to establish relationships with Corporate Legal and Risk Management teams
- Experience in auditing sourcing and contracting policies and procedures
- Knowledge of risk management platforms like ISNetworld or Avetta
