The Vendor Management Manager will oversee the Bank's vendor management program. This includes the oversight of Vendor management processes, system administration, standards, and metrics/reporting. The vendor manager will work with all levels of Bank management in directing and following the vendor management policies and procedures. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include: Oversee the vendor application (third party vendor tool) that manages the workflow for new and existing Bank vendors Manages the software tool that contains the Bank's vendor contracts and supporting documentation as per the Bank's vendor management policies. Work with all Bank divisions in ensuring their vendor documentation is properly boarded into the vendor application, is up to date and is accurate. Recommend new enhancements and process efficiencies in the vendor management lifecycle.
