      About the Position

      In this role you will...

      • Clean and help maintain the beach, landscape, park, restrooms, and facilities.

      • Remove refuse and paper from grounds and buildings.

      • Work on maintenance projects, set up and dismantle tables, chairs, and decorations associated with special functions and room/facility utilization.

      • Operate heavy equipment, light automotive equipment, UTV’s, light landscape equipment, and hand tools.

      • Keep operating records, and complete material requests, service requests, and work orders.

      • Keep a schedule of maintenance for assigned area(s).

      • Perform daily safety checks and repairs.

      Work Hours:

      • Full-Time, 40 hours per week

      • Must be available Saturday - Sunday, 6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.

      About You

      Minimum Qualifications:

      • High School Diploma or its equivalent.

      • Valid Florida Driver’s License at time of hire.

      Preferred Qualifications:

      • Experience with small tools and light weight maintenance equipment.

      Physical Demands: Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

      Subject to Passing Substance Screening: This position is subject to passing a pre-employment substance screening. An applicant who fails to pass a required drug screening test shall be disqualified from employment for a period of five (5) years.
