Schedule and conduct online software training for banks and credit unions
Ensure training timelines are met using effective time management skills
Manage day-to-day operational aspects of multiple ongoing training projects
Respond to customer questions in a timely fashion
Keep up to date on financial regulatory requirements and industry trends
Create and maintain internal resources/documentation
Work cross-functionally with other teams on project implementation
Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and build client relationships
Develop and customize customer training plans
Stay knowledgeable about product changes and trends
3-5 years’ experience in training on software applications or as a professional educator
Post-secondary education in Information Technology, Business, Adult Education or equivalent combination of experience and education
Ability to comfortably and confidently present to groups of people using a variety of delivery methods (online and in-person)
Confident, articulate, and professional communication abilities
A passion for learning, instructing, and mastering complex software applications
Ability to embrace and support growing business demands in a changing environment
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
Previous experience working within the banking industry would be considered an asset
Previous experience training B2B (business to business) customers on software applications would be considered an asset
Consistently bringing innovative ideas to the team and working on process improvements
Organized and working cross-functionally with other teams, able to multi-task and prioritize efficiently
Consistently delivering training sessions in multiple areas of specialization
Become the training subject matter expert of different pillars of the application
