      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Handle new medical orders from Veterans Administration Medical Centers, hospitals, and physician offices
      - Verify benefits and obtain necessary documentation to determine eligibility for the LifeVest
      - Create and maintain relationships with Veterans Administration Medical Centers and internal departments
      - Process purchase orders and confirm authorizations with VA Medical Centers
      - Execute timely follow-up on all assigned tasks and maintain performance metrics

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or equivalent required
      - 3+ years of experience in insurance verification and end-to-end order processing required
      - 1+ year of experience working with the Veterans Administration preferred
      - Proficiency with MS Office Suite and ability to navigate several software systems concurrently
      - Superior communication skills, both verbal and written

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Associate's Degree in nursing, business, or a related field preferred
      - Bachelor's Degree in nursing, business, or a related field preferred
      - Strong customer service skills and attention to detail
      - Ability to manage multiple tasks under strict deadlines
      - Experience in a fast-paced, healthcare-related environment
