Guthrie Pet Hospital is looking to welcome an Associate DVM to our growing practice. We are a small animal hospital located in downtown Guthrie, OK, that has a wonderful community reputation and prioritizes high-quality medicine.
Experience and qualifications:
We're open to veterinarians of all experience levels, including recent graduates. Top consideration will go to veterinarians that are team players, open communicators, and hard workers. Any special interests are welcome. Must be licensed (or able to become licensed) in Oklahoma for consideration.
Scheduling and typical workflow:
This is a full-time, Monday-Friday role with flexible scheduling; Wednesdays are a must! We are the only small animal-exclusive practice in town and perform at a higher level of service to clients that want a step up from the nearby mixed animal practices in Guthrie. Typically, we reserve 2 days a week for appointments (30-minute blocks), and the remaining days are reserved for general surgeries in the mornings and appointments in the afternoon. Our primary surgical procedures are spay, neuter, mass removal, and dentistry.
