What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, coordinate, and facilitate veterinary student wetlabs, workshops, and hands-on learning experiences
- Serve as a clinical ambassador for the employer at universities, student conferences, and career fairs
- Build and maintain relationships with veterinary schools, faculty, and student organizations
- Collaborate with the Student Programs Director on strategic campus recruiting initiatives
- Manage campus events, presentations, and sponsorship opportunities, including logistics and budgeting
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Credentialed Veterinary Technician (CVT, RVT, or LVT) in good standing
- 3–5 years of clinical veterinary experience, preferably in emergency or specialty practice
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills for engaging students and faculty
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building rapport with stakeholders
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience facilitating wetlabs, CE sessions, or educational events for veterinary students
- Previous involvement in veterinary recruiting or campus relations
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or CRM software
- Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science, Veterinary Technology, or a related field
