What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Guide new team members through the onboarding process and ensure all tasks are completed
- Communicate with new hires via phone and email to provide guidance and answer questions
- Coordinate and conduct veterinary Discovery Days and training sessions
- Manage calendars, schedule calls, and assist with administrative tasks
- Update and revise onboarding procedures and assist with HR projects
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, onboarding, or training
- At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources, onboarding, or corporate training
- Strong leadership skills and ability to resolve conflicts
- Exceptional computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe, and web-based applications
- Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent
- Experience in the veterinary or healthcare industry
