      The Opportunity

      The VP of Professional Services Sales will be responsible for the consulting and training sales teams for Adobe's Americas Consulting business. They will lead teams in defining Go-To-Market and customer engagement strategies to grow consulting revenue and deliver high-impact professional services work for customers.

      This leader will build, mentor, and grow a geographically dispersed organization of about 200 individuals across the United States supporting a $0.5B business with an emphasis on providing a thoughtful but challenging environment where employees can add significant value and develop professionally.

      This leader will serve as a significant and visible executive leader with customers and internal team members, representing the mission of Adobe Consulting to deliver tangible customer results through superior Adobe technology implementation and use case velocity.

      What You’ll Do

      • Lead the Americas Professional Services Sales team to achieve quarterly and annual sales and revenue results.

      • Achieve high-margin sales results at an efficient cost of sale by optimizing resource and GTM strategies for efficient execution.

      • Hire, develop, coach, and manage a top-talent team of Professional Services Sellers and pre-sales Solution Architects.

      • Engage with C-level and VP-level customers to build strategic partnerships and mutual success plans through well-scoped and implemented consulting services agreements. Serve as an executive point of escalation leadership with customers.

      • Partner with Adobe stakeholders, including Customer Success, License Sales and Product teams to generate net new revenue opportunities from both current and prospective customers.

      • Work with Consulting Delivery and other partners to define strategy for service offerings that establish strong value propositions, accelerate delivery, increase quality, ensure customer success, and generate a profitable outcome for the overall consulting P/L.

      • Partner with Legal and Finance team members to improve the structure and quality of commercial contracts.

      • Be a champion for Check-In. Develop the teams' skills and depth, particularly in solution selling.

      What You Need to Succeed

      • 15+ years of experience in Services/Consulting and sales-related roles, with at least 8 of those years in management.

      • Experience leading a regional or distributed team of at least 150 individuals for a minimum of two years.

      • Successful history of owning a revenue number of ~$500M or greater.

      • Experience leading large, complex $1M+ deals.

      • Experience leading a high-growth global consulting practice with P&L of ~$500M+, within an enterprise software/SAAS business or digital technology services firm.

      • Experience with Adobe Digital Experience products and/or other Digital Marketing products and digital transformation programs is a plus, but not required.

      Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $339,700 -- $639,300 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

      At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

      In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
