      As Vice President & CFO, you will provide financial, administrative, and analytic leadership to build a more successful company, lead financial relationships and financings, ensure accurate and timely reporting as well as improve financial and cost information in support of business operations and decisions all while maximizing corporate value, growth, and profitability. Additionally, you will be responsible for internal control, general insurance and risk management, facilities and compliance, and minimizes risk exposure in these areas.

      MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND FUNCTIONS

      • Oversee and direct treasury function including cash management and banking relationships.
      • Direct annual budget process.
      • Oversee financial reporting and cost reporting.
      • Manage Company and shareholder tax liability while ensuring compliance with tax law.
      • Oversee internal controls to safeguard Company assets and ensure accurate reporting.
      • Initiate and/or support others' efforts to reduce costs or enhance revenues.
      • Communicate financial results to Management and Board of Directors.
      • Partner and collaborate with Management on projects and initiatives.
      • Oversee compliance and serve as a member of the team that monitors and administers the 401(k) Retirement Plan.
      • Oversee Environmental, Health and Safety program for the company in the areas of compliance, reporting, worker’s compensation, accident prevention in order to provide a safe work environment for all team members and visitors.
      • Consult with legal counsel to ensure that all EHS/compliance policies adhere to federal and state laws.
      • Develop team members to their full potential for present and future roles.
      • Take initiative, support the team and improve personal skills in order to drive the company to new levels of success.
      • Oversee external Legal counsel.
      • Serve as a member of the company Executive Management Team. Participate in strategic decisions for the overall management of the company.

      POSITION REQUIREMENTS

      Education: MBA, undergraduate degree in Science a plus.

      Experience: Ten years of previous CFO experience and/or Controller experience at a mid-large sized company.

      Specialized Training/Skills: CPA license required.
