      We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Client Processing I to join our Treasury Services Client Platform team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA, and will work a Hybrid schedule.

      In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

      • Learn our Treasury Services Business and products to provide exceptional operational and customer service
      • Provide complex analytics and reporting services, working to improve and automate various processes and activities systems including analysis and implementation of solutions for process re-engineering with an expectation to leverage digital tools (ex Alteryx, PowerBI, UI Path, etc.…) and artificial intelligence based solutions (ex. BNY's proprietary ELIZA platform)
      • Deal with complex external client issues (on-going client servicing for various programs, post sales support, resolving operational issues, and product implementations)
      • Assist in communicating needs and issues with internal and external clients
      • Participate in innovative product development, product enhancement, and system testing to ensure seamless operations
      • Solve ad hoc complex problems based on an understanding and knowledge of the intricacies of the products, data, and systems
      • Use in-depth area knowledge to apply ingenuity and creativity to common repeat problems and determines more permanent resolutions
      • Provide technical assistance and support to lower level operations and client support roles
      • Supervise a small to medium sized team, including allocation and coordination of work
      • Possess a strong risk and control focused mentality, assessing impacts through all facets of work scope

      To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

      • Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required
        • Advanced/graduate degree preferred
      • 7-10 years of total work experience is preferred
