What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead a specialized client portfolio of healthcare clients
- Develop short and long-term business strategies for growth
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver on strategies
- Review and manage client relationships for retention and growth
- Build and sustain internal and external relationships
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 15+ years of business leadership experience in the customer experience industry
- In-depth knowledge of patient and member experience with healthcare clients
- Strong understanding of sales processes and financial metrics
- Experience serving large, complex Fortune 500 clients
- Ability to influence, manage, and work in matrix organizations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with contact center operations
- Background in optimizing large-scale, distributed environments
