Lead monthly and quarterly accounting close activities
Manage internal reporting, including balance sheets, income statements and key analytics
Ensure timely and accurate global statutory reporting
Drive process excellence and automation for key transactional accounting pillars
Implement and maintain effective financial controls
Manage and develop the global team
Support and drive global key initiatives including system implementations, global controls and compliance
Ensure cross-functional alignment across finance and business partners
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience in finance or accounting
Active CPA license
16+ overall years of combined public and industry accounting experience
Experience in process automation and system improvements to scale an organization
Expert level proficiency in SAP ERP and SOX compliant environments
10+ years of leadership experience managing global teams
Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail. Organized and thorough with the desire for continuous improvement
Outstanding leadership skills with a proven record of mentoring and developing teams
Ability to work onsite in Santa Clara, CA
Experience in a Fortune 250 company

We are looking for a Vice President, Corporate Controller, to join our world-class finance team onsite in Santa Clara, CA. This role offers an outstanding opportunity to be part of a dynamic group that is instrumental in crafting the future of AI and computing. Your expertise will help drive our global accounting operations, ensuring that we maintain our outstanding standards and continue to lead the industry. This position requires a well-spoken, organized and experienced leader to drive automation, global accounting operations and the close cycle. As a Corporate Controller, you will oversee the day-to-day accounting operations including corporate accounting, consolidations, fixed assets, accounts payable, regional statutory accounting and related controls.

The base salary range is 440,000 USD - 632,500 USD.
