      Partnering with our business verticals and functions, the Strategy and Ventures team is assisting with their near- and longer-term growth strategies, as well as shaping our 2025 corporate strategy. We are also progressing ResMed’s corporate development agenda, focusing on growth through mergers and acquisitions (M&A), partnerships and new business creation.

      Seasoned strategic leader with deep expertise in corporate strategy, M&A strategy and annual planning. As a key thought leader/partner to executives and leaders across ResMed this position will play a key role in shaping and driving the execution of ResMed’s long term strategy by engaging leaders to collaboratively develop and commit to strategy definition, evolution and execution, strategy engagement, resource allocation, M&A strategy and execution, capability building and annual planning.

      • Leads growth corporate strategy development and planning.

      • Lead the development and optimization of annual operating plans, ensuring alignment with overall strategic objectives.

      • Identifies industry, market and emerging trends and creates insights and implications for the business.

      • Evaluates potential opportunities for organic and inorganic expansion and growth.

      • Ability to lead analysis, contemplate the strategic rationale for M&A opportunities and recommend high priority targets.

      • Identifies priority partnerships and minority venture investments opportunities that drive competitive advantage for ResMed and accelerate profitable growth.

      • Actively builds market intelligence and competitive intelligence both to inform strategic decisions and the wider business development process.

      • Coordinate the execution of strategic initiatives, develop and track implementation plans to ensure the right level of focus and discipline required to achieve goals.

      • Works on special projects to evolve and enhance the broader corporate strategy community.

      • Leads and mentors' colleagues and is motivated by developing the capability and practice of the broader corporate strategy team.

      Individual pay decisions are based on a variety of factors, such as the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.

      Subject to the absolute discretion of the company, this role is eligible for an annual cash bonus payment based on company, business unit, and/or individual performance.

      At ResMed, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.

      A reasonable estimate of the current range for this position is:

      $256,000.00 - $384,000.00 USD

      For remote positions located outside of the US, pay will be determined based the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.
