- Strong pricing operations background with extensive experience managing the pricing of exchange traded and evaluation based assets.
- Experience working with market data vendors and product offerings
- Extensive experience in understanding and translating client needs and translating into strategic solutions.
- Extensive experience operating within financial services including fund accounting, asset and wealth management and custody.
- Strong Business Analysis skills and demonstrable experience of working across multiple projects in parallel.
- Proven past success in contributing to technical and operational improvements in the financial services industry.
- Strong written and oral communication skills, the ability to quickly adjust messages based on different audiences and agendas.
- Flexibility to work well both as an individual and as part of a team.
- Strong PC skills (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio, Alteryx, JIRA & Microsoft Suite)
- Ability to communicate clearly and confidently across multiple aspects of the organization at all levels.
- Production of project reporting for management, stakeholders and sponsors.
- Leading/participating in meetings with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams and interact with partners of all levels; excellent interpersonal skills.
- Entrepreneurial drive to change the status quo.
- System level knowledge of JPMorgan or similar company reviewing current tools used by Operations, and creating requirements to streamline processes and reporting.
- Strong desire to succeed and develop.
- Self-starter with ability to manage own workload and deliverables.
- PMP designation
This role is responsible for activities surrounding the establishment and maintenance of the Firm wide Pricing policy. This includes the use of vendor products and services in our proprietary pricing application, in addition to the operational protocols with regard to price validation rules and exception resolution standards that align with industry, audit, LOB and client expectations. Additionally, the role will have client, vendor and industry engagement as required.
