      We are seeking a Vice President, Lifecycle Marketing to serve as subject matter and department lead. This is a role that is responsible for revenue management and growth. The current book of business includes promotional-style email marketing as well as multi-stage, CRM-style email and SMS flow management.
      Key KPIs for the role include:
      1. Building and managing a team of specialists across email, SMS and direct mail to deliver increased customer lifetime value for our clients.
      2. Delivering on existing scopes of work.
      3. Pitching and closing double-digit percentage revenue growth through a combination of targeting existing clients (first priority) and net-new business.
      4. Developing a practice that is profitable and scalable for both simple promotional email packages as well as more complex CRM-driven implementations.
      The ideal candidate is able to quickly understand and support initiatives that will contribute to the goals and success of client digital marketing programs, be able to provide the right solution for a client's budgets, goals and appetite, capability to manage complexity.
      This is an on-site, hybrid or fully-remote position; our headquarters is located in Boca Raton, Florida but we have employees in 16 states. The work environment is innovative and embraces an entrepreneurial and career-minded team of individuals in a business-casual atmosphere.
      Professional Competencies
      • 5+ years experience in mid-to-high volume email marketing or other lifecycle marketing SMS, marketing automation, and/or CRM
      • Experience selling Lifecycle marketing packages to clients both large and small
      • Polished internal and external communications skills
      • Experience managing and growing departments
      • Experience building profitable, repeatable and scalable package-style programs as well as more complex bespoke solutions
      • Experience in Klaviyo, Braze and with additional experience in other ESPs, SMS (Attentive, Postscript) or marketing automation platforms
      • Ability to create strategic, actionable plans that improve nurturing, retention and lifetime value across customer journeys
      • Client-facing program strategy experience, with agency experience in a client-facing role required
      • Testing and optimization experience, especially with email and on-site offer conversion optimization
      • Intermediate-to-advanced Google Analytics experience
      • Excellent presentation and communication/client-facing skills
      • Digital agency experience preferred, but not required
      This Vice President role will work with specialists in content creation and production to realize their strategies with clients. While falling under the direct mentorship of the C-TBD, this role also requires significant autonomy to balance the key functions that will create successful outcomes for clients and the agency. Examples of such functions include, but are not limited to:
      • Orchestrating specialized execution teams to drive subscribers, sales, loyalty and retention
      • Ability to manage and lead a team of content and program managers
      • Executing more directly on recommendations (e.g. campaign planning, reporting) and ensuring program profitability to support additional resources as merited
      • Preparing strategic presentation deliverables, and presenting to client stakeholders
      • Capability product research and development
      • Communicating advancements in capabilities with internal peers in Client Experience
      • Developing promotional strategy for emerging capabilities with Business Development
      • Identification of additional growth opportunities for the pipeline
