Position Summary:
Plan, organize, and direct all Marketing Department activities and functions related to the promotion of Regal Medical Group, Lakeside Community Healthcare, ADOC Medical Group, and its services.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
Participate in the development and planning of the strategic goals, objectives, and tactical activities of the Marketing Department in support of company goals and objectives.Participate in the development/refinement of the overall creative and brand strategy in support of the organization's strategic goals.Lead the development of a comprehensive marketing plan and categorized marketing budget to support informed, results-oriented marketing and operational decisions year over year.Formulate, develop, and implement internal marketing programs targeted towards growth and retention.Lead the design, development, and execution of market studies, including external focus groups in support of department strategies and achieving company goals.Participate in the development of community-based programs and activities (i.e., broker and health plan co-ops, provider events, community-based events, etc.) in support of the annual strategic marketing plan and agreed budget plan.Drive the execution of all advertising and promotional materials in line with department objectives and budget.Set goals and projections to drive ROI where possible on all marketing initiatives.Participate in public relations efforts by networking in the community and attending various community events, including participation in relationship building with contracted health plans, brokers, FMOs, and providers.Further promote RMG by networking with community organizations, television assignment editors, and local print publications to provide newsworthy information on RMG, our providers, and the latest technology.Determine the need for printed promotional items for RMG and provide in-house conceptual design, copywriting, and project management services for each project.Provide marketing consultation to internal client partners also seeking to meet the organization's goals and objectives.Respond to immediate projects delegated by management.Hire, coach, develop, and terminate Marketing Department employees as necessary.Ensure all safety-related policies are complied with by department members.Attend a variety of administrative meetings to provide and receive input concerning marketing activities for the organization.All other duties as directed by management.
Education and/or Experience:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field;A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in marketing management, preferably in the health care field.Must have strong initiative and follow-through traits.Proficient in Microsoft OfficeValid CA Driver's License to attend local events
The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $160,000 - $180,000 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, licensure, skills, and experience.
The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered.
Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
If hired, the employee will be in an “at-will position,” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
