Job Title: Vice President, Digital Marketing

      Company: Axiom Law

      Location: Remote

      About Axiom:

Axiom is where legal teams go to find the right talent for everything from routine in-house tasks to complex outside counsel work. Too many legal departments are stuck having to choose between paying the high fees of their law firm, hiring full-time employees they don’t need, or turning to a low-cost agency that can’t meet their quality standards. At the same time, top lawyers want to work on challenging legal matters, but they want more control over how, when, and where they practice. Both are forced compromises that no one should have to make. Axiom shares and meets the higher standards of its clients and lawyers, with our “work smarter, adapt faster, go further” approach – connecting growing mid-market and Fortune 500 companies with the world’s deepest bench of experienced, specialized legal talent.

      About the role:

As the Vice President of Digital Marketing at Axiom, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our digital strategy, driving top-of-funnel growth, and ensuring that our brand is positioned effectively across all digital channels. Reporting to Axiom’s Chief Marketing Officer, you will lead a team of talented digital marketing professionals and work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute comprehensive digital campaigns in support of both sales (client development) and legal talent (recruitment to Axiom).

        • Data Analysis: Utilize data-driven insights to continuously evaluate the performance of digital programs, identify areas for improvement, and make strategic recommendations.
        • Budget Management: Manage and allocate the digital marketing budget effectively, ensuring maximum ROI and cost-efficiency.
        • Technology Integration: Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing tools and technologies, and lead efforts to integrate innovative solutions to enhance our marketing efforts.
        • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer support, to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to digital marketing.

      About you:
