      Shipt, Inc. seeks a full-time Vice President of Last Mile. Responsible for managing our network design
      team to drive Shipt’s Last Mile strategy. Requires a Bachelor’s degree Supply Chain, Computer Science,
      Computer Information Systems, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field (foreign degree
      equivalent accepted) and 8 years of progressive work experience in an operational management or
      operations engineering position (e.g., Operations Engineering, Supply Chain Manager, Operations
      Manager, etc.) working within a large e-commerce/marketplace in network design. Work experience
      should also include: 5 years of: (1) direct management experience, hiring, developing, and retaining top
      talent in a Gig workforce/on demand environment; (2) business and operations leadership experience in a
      fast-growing, demanding operating environment; and (3) experience with statistical analysis and modeling
      (e.g., causal inference, significance testing, regression analysis, etc.). Employer will accept experience
      gained concurrently. Work experience may have been earned after Bachelor’s degree. Telecommuting
      available from anywhere in US. HQ at 420 20th St N, Suite 100, Birmingham, AL 35203.Salary: $178,256
