- Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity.
- Manage public relations, media outreach, and internal communications.
- Ensure consistency across all marketing and communication channels.
- Digital & Demand Generation
- Drive digital marketing initiatives including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and content marketing.
- Optimize lead generation and conversion strategies.
- Leverage analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Product Marketing
- Define product positioning and messaging for new and existing products.
- Support product launches with integrated marketing campaigns.
- Conduct competitive analysis and customer segmentation.
- Budget & Performance Management
- Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively.
- Track KPIs and report on marketing performance to stakeholders.
- Continuously improve processes and tools to enhance team productivity.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Experience with digital marketing platforms, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Behavior Health and Post-Acute Home Health and Hospice experience is desirable.
- Activities require a significant amount of sitting at office and work desks in front of a computer monitor.
- Ability to travel as needed for the position via airline or vehicle transportation.
- Regularly required to verbally communicate, listen, and give presentations as needed.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Title: VP of Marketing
Job Summary:
The Vice President of Marketing is a strategic leader responsible for developing and executing SimiTree's marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. This role oversees all marketing functions, including brand management, digital marketing, product marketing, communications, and market research. The VP of Marketing works closely with executive leadership to align marketing initiatives with business goals and ensure a consistent and compelling brand presence across all channels.

Salary range/ Benefits:
$165,000- $215,000
The compensation scale listed is a general salary range and is not intended to represent the actual annual or hourly compensation rate for this role. An offer will be made to the selected candidate at the conclusion of the interview process based on their relevant experience and the responsibilities of the position.
