      Summary/Objective

      The Vice President of National Accounts is responsible for managing Miner’s National Accounts sales channel. This role directly owns the strategies, development and management of the National Accounts Team. This role drives improved top to top relationships with Miner’s largest customer base and plays the role of a closer on big opportunities. Finally, the role will ensure seamless collaboration across departments to enhance client satisfaction and drive sustainable growth.


      Core Job Duties

      • Drive sustained growth within the National Accounts channel
      • Manage, develop and support the National Account Managers and provide guidance to the National Account Sales Executives (NASE)
      • Act as a closer on big opportunities
      • Play an active role in building and adjusting the National Accounts forecast
      • Develop, coordinate and communicate all National Account strategies throughout the company
      • Build and drive top to top relationships with all the key Miner customers
      • Oversight and negotiation of all National Account Master Service Agreements
      • Plays an active role in all vendor relationships
      • Coordinate monthly, quarterly and annual customer meetings (QBRs)
