Collaborate closely with the rest of the HR leadership team to design and deploy interconnected HR solutions.
Make recommendations for updates and improvements.
Act as a strategic advisor to the ELT, leadership, and staff in the application of employment policies/practices within Dutch Bros.
Lead the HR team responsible for employment-related investigations.
Partner with Legal Counsel to ensure timely and thorough investigations are conducted fairly and equitably with minimal disruption to business operations.
Build a high-performing HRBP and HR Operations team that delivers results and an exceptional employee experience
Support the HROC team in elevating and using the data and insights gained through this team to improve the people strategies and to educate and empower Dutch Bros leaders to better understand how to inspire and empower their teams to make a massive difference in their work.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (or related field), or 4 years of Human Resources/Business Operations experience, required
At least 11 additional years of Human Resources experience, required
SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or other applicable HR certifications, preferred

Position Overview
The VP of People Services plays a key role in ensuring people operations are effective and efficient through the leadership of HR Business Partners, People Operations, Employee Relations, Compliance, and the HR Analytics teams. The individual in this role helps develop and implement best people management practices, collaborating effectively across all business units. This role provides practical guidance on both operational and legal compliance topics, delivering the People strategy alongside the wider People Leadership team in conjunction with business priorities, as well as centrally led HR initiatives.
Key Result Areas (KRAs)
Develop People Operations strategies designed to meet employee needs effectively and efficiently while continuously assessing and responding to evolving requirements.
Ensure corporate compliance with HR Laws. Develop, implement, and manage HR team member policies. Track and update existing policies and processes to ensure full compliance with local, state, and federal regulations while delivering a people-first approach.
Ensure Dutch Bros’ overall people strategy and goals are not only supported, adopted, and documented but also championed by the business.
